Today I’m presenting to brokers and owners here in San Diego at our Broker Conference and let me tell you, brokers are thrilled that the Summertime Surge (launching today) will help agents wade through the production doldrums of summer!
So…if your brokers are excited about the Surge – what about you? Are you ready to experience a great summer in your business? Watch Joe’s video http://www.buffiniandcompany.com/blitz and start Blitzing - today!

We’re getting ready for the launch of the Summertime Surge
here at Buffini & Company and recently I tallied up our numbers from the Blitz
programs last year. If you had participated in all three programs, you would’ve
made, on average, $88,236. And that’s if you had just done the Blitz and
nothing else all year!
So, my question to you is this…are you registered for the
Summertime Surge? It starts June 14th – so you’ve got a week to get
ready.
Join the Blitzmaster himself, Joe Niego, at http://www.buffiniandcompany.com/blitz
to hear what you can expect during the Summertime Surge and get signed up
today!
It’s a good life!

We’re just two weeks out from the start of the Summertime
Surge – our Blitz program designed to help you have fun in the sun while
avoiding the slump agents typically see during the summer months.
Last year, Blitzers earned an average of $26,971 during the
8-week Surge – enjoying accelerated production despite the downturn. And this
year will be no different. The Blitzmaster himself, Joe Niego and I have been
hard at work designing the program but you’ve got to be in to win!
Be sure to register before the program kicks off on June 14th and start your summer with a bang!
It’s a good life!

I’m not sure what it is, but travel has a way of opening
your eyes and expanding your horizons - even a journey to those places you feel
you already know. Just when you think you’ve got a handle on things, you dig a
little deeper and discover a whole new layer - perhaps learning something brand
new about yourself along the way.
I often talk about how important it is to get out of our
comfort zones in our business, but this is equally true about the world we live
in. Travel isn’t just a way to learn about other people and places, it’s an
opportunity to see our world back home through the eyes of another. And that’s
one of the reasons I would be booking my ticket to spend some time with these
fired up Canadians at the Vancouver Turning Point this June – you may just get
some perspective on your business that you weren’t expecting.
For you Canadians reading this, I just want to say we appreciate
the warm welcome we always get from you guys. Now if we could just figure out
how to warm the place in winter!
It’s a good life!

the time to develop their skills, hone their craft and do what’s necessary to
win in this new era in real estate.
I hope you’re signed up for one of our free Success Seminars

In a market like
this you must keep your skills sharp and be armed with the tools to meet your
clients’ needs. Locking in on the fundamentals means serving clients and exceeding
their expectations. The results? Just look at the numbers our Blitzers achieved
in this first quarter.
Every time I visit
the Members’ Area of our website I get fired up for all the resources, tools
and tips we provide to keep you winning and ahead of the curve. But are you
taking full advantage of them? Are you using the Referral Systems to build
advocates?
Remember, a
fully depreciated client is someone who can’t remember your name…a fully
appreciated client is someone who trusts you, endorses you and refers you to
others. People have a natural want to refer. Are you making it easy for them?
It’s a good
life!

I’m so proud of the 3912 of our Members who enrolled in the first lead-generation Blitz of the year. Just look at these numbers:
· 20,648 Transactions
· $180 Million in Commissions
· $6 Billion in Total Sales
This represented a staggering $46,020 average commission per Member. Wow, great job everyone. Let’s keep up the good work and remember the Summertime Surge is on its way.
It’s a good life!

Well today’s event in Concord was a great success, and I was thrilled to see so many of our Members and newcomers at the Success Seminar. It truly is a testament to this community to see almost 800 people taking time from their week to learn how to generate leads, improve their business and hone their skills to get after it in this new era of real estate.
I’m off to San Jose for another Success Seminar tomorrow and looking forward to connecting with old friends and some new faces. Let’s keep up the momentum and begin to turn this boat around. For those of you joining us tomorrow, I’ll see you in the morning.
It’s a good life!

I just spent the last week on the Big Island of Hawai’i with
my family and was reminded just how important it is to take time to reflect,
relax and reenergize!
This first quarter I’ve been going so hard doing all the
right activities in order to make a big impact in our business but over the
past week I’ve felt the benefits of taking time to recharge and unwind. And
what a blessing it has been to spend such great time with Bev and the A Team.
Now I’m ready to get back in the game and let me tell you, I’m going to be
dangerous at this week’s Turning Point in Dallas!
So remember as you go through your week to take the time to
recharge. Maybe a vacation is not on the cards right now but there is always
something you can do to step back, reenergize and get ready for the next
sprint.
As my father always said, if you don’t have a day off you’ll
never have a day on!
It’s a good life!

Aloha from Hawai'i! This is our family’s time to come together but I just
wanted to encourage and congratulate you. Check out the numbers from Week 10 of
the Blitz:
-
475,031 calls
-
416,895 notes
-
155,046 Pop-Bys
resulting in…35,550 referrals
received!!!
Awesome. Powerful.
Awe-inspiring. And none of it due to a recovery, a bailout or a rescue! Keep on Blitzing.
It’s a good life!
