The New Year is a time for activity and refocusing our efforts. Typically, 40% of all transactions occur in the first quarter and this period really does set up the rest of your year.
This year I believe that number will climb to 50% prior to the end of April. There are a number of factors for this – tax credits, interest rates, inventory, etc. but consider this: one out of every two homes bought or sold this year are going to change hands in this first quarter.
So…I have one question for you: are you registered for the Blitz to make sure you are getting your fair share?
